This role will drive seamless customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints, optimize conversion, and maximize operational efficiency across channels.

- Lead the end-to-end O2O strategy, integrating online platforms with offline retail/store operations
- Drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across online and offline channels
