Head of Office – Batam



We are looking for a Head of Office – Batam to lead and grow Aon Indonesia’s presence in Batam. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategy, growth, and client service delivery across all Aon solution lines, while establishing and expanding the Batam office as a key part of Aon Indonesia’s broader business.



The role will work closely with colleagues in Jakarta and regional teams and offers flexibility through a hybrid working arrangement.
