For a leading international entertainment brand, we are looking for a Head of Online Acquisition and Brand Marketing to drive brand strategy, media planning, creative development and customer acquisition across a multi brand portfolio in the Italian market.
This is a high impact leadership role with responsibility for the allocation and performance of an approximately €30M annual marketing budget , spanning multiple brands and acquisition channels. The role sits at the intersection of brand leadership and commercial decision making, with direct accountability for portfolio strategy, agency leadership and measurable growth outcomes.
The position is well suited to a senior marketing leader with strong executive presence, structured thinking and a proven ability to balance brand judgement with analytical, commercially driven decisions.
