Head of Operational Excellence — LATAM 3P Seller Programs

Link-Worldwide in Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, Mexico, is hiring for a position focused on driving sellers' operational excellence in External Fulfillment programs across Mexico and Brazil. The role aims to support the growth of the 3P business and ensure long-term success for sellers and Amazon.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, an MBA, and over 7 years of experience in team and program management, with fluency in both English and Spanish. Automation and process improvement experience is preferred.
