About the Role:

As the Head of Demand, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, growth, and retention across the demand side of our marketplace. You will lead a team to build and scale demand-generation strategies, foster deep client relationships, and drive revenue growth by ensuring we are the preferred hiring partner for Indias leading companies.
