Head Of Operations

We're looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead the strategy and day-to-day operations of a multi-property hotel group. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader with a strong turnaround background, who can rebuild systems, improve profitability, and drive consistent service standards across properties.

You will oversee nine hotels, working closely with owners and senior leaders to strengthen operations, optimize performance, and support long-term growth in a family-owned business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations across all properties, ensuring consistent service quality, SOPs, KPIs, and guest satisfaction
• Drive turnaround initiatives through cost control, revenue optimization, and operational restructuring
