Head Of Operations

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead the strategy and day-to-day operations of a multi-property hotel group . This role is ideal for a hands‑on hospitality leader with a strong turnaround background , who can rebuild systems, improve profitability, and drive consistent service standards across properties.

You will oversee nine hotels , working closely with owners and senior leaders to strengthen operations, optimize performance, and support long‑term growth in a family‑owned business environment.
