Head of Operations

Location: Dublin (Hybrid, 2 days in office) Salary: €85,000 €95,000 DOE, plus performance bonus and excellent benefits We're delighted to be working on a senior operations search for a well-established, purpose-driven organisation in Dublin, currently in a period of significant operational change. This is a role with real scope and visibility. Reporting directly to the COO, the successful candidate will act as the COO's primary operational partner across the business, leading a service function directly while working as a peer alongside other Heads of function to keep cross-functional work joined up. They will also lead operational delivery of a major systems implementation going live in 2026. The organisation uses Asana, Microsoft Teams, Guru and HubSpot, with automation and AI being actively built into how the business runs so the team can focus on higher-value work.
