Role Description
Own the entire operational engine of the business: finance operations, customer responsiveness, transaction flows, and internal execution discipline (deposits, withdrawals, settlements, liquidity).
Responsibilities
Own daily operations end-to-end: deposits, withdrawals, settlements, reconciliations, support escalations
Act as the internal CEO of operations, nothing operational moves without visibility here
Proactively chase customers, documents, and internal follow-ups (no passive waiting)
Ensure the $100k fast-onboarding policy works in practice without operational leakage
Track liquidity, payout speed, and customer friction points daily
Anticipate operational issues 6–12 months ahead, not just today's fires
