Job Overview

Fully responsible for overall operation of Finnish data centers, overseeing electrical and mechanical systems, IT operation, safety and customer service. Leverage Finland's stable power, low-temperature advantage and strict compliance to build a standardized digital operation system, ensuring 7x24 safe, stable and efficient operation. Lead team building, cost control, compliance audits and optimization, coordinate internal and external resources, and align operations with Finnish and EU sustainability goals.
