Our client is a fast-growing Beauty & Personal Care retail group building differentiated brands and customer experiences across all channels. They are investing in stronger foundation on hire, develop, and support their people.
Role Overview
The Head of Operations will own and professionalise the end-to-end operational engine of the business while preserving the agility of a startup. This leader will translate strategy into execution, build scalable systems and processes, and enable teams to perform at their best.
In the near term, the role is highly hands-on. Over time, as the group grows, this position has the potential to evolve into a leadership role, with full P&L and multi-function leadership responsibility.
