Head of Operations (m/w/d)

About the Role

The Head of Operations is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and continuous improvement of two manufacturing sites in Switzerland (Altendorf and Kaiseraugst), ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations that meet customer, financial, and quality objectives.

This role oversees all operational areas including Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Assembly, Test/FAT, Quality, Logistics, Installation & Commissioning, Health and Safety, and related support functions, driving operational consistency, cross‑site collaboration, and execution discipline across both plants while ensuring a balanced and visible on‑site presence at each location.

The Head of Operations ensures that both facilities operate in full alignment with Coesia standards, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager of the company.
