Head of Operations – Offline Merchant Acquiring

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Head of Operations to lead and scale the operational backbone of our offline merchant acquiring business.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational ecosystem, covering merchant onboarding, customer operations, compliance and risk management, merchant support, device operations, inventory management, logistics, and warehousing for payment acceptance solutions such as QRIS, EDC, Soundbox, and future merchant hardware products.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth while partnering closely with Sales, Product, Strategy, Risk, Engineering, and external partners.
