Head of Organisational Development

Our client, a global sustainability organization, is looking for a Head of Organisational Development. This person will be in charge of leading the development and execution of integrated organisational development strategies that enhance the organisation's institutional capabilities and reinforce its position as a global leader in the industry. The role focuses on advancing learning and development (L&D), talent management and employee engagement initiatives to build a resilient, high-performing and purpose-driven workplace.
