                    About the Role  Responsibilities  Formulate and execute company-wide learning strategies aligned with core business priorities. 
Develop e-learning paths, workshops and diversified blended learning solutions. 
Research and assess diverse training resources, iterating solutions to optimize overall learning efficiency and outcomes. 
 Culture & Values Building  Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the Bybit Way global culture strategy, driving behavioral implementation across all departments and regions. 
Optimize new hire onboarding systems to deliver substantive cultural infiltration instead of formalized procedural work. 
Practice and advocate the company’s organizational culture and values. 
Take charge of the full-cycle new employee onboarding experience from pre-entry to probation confirmation, coordinating with SSC, IT and various business teams.
