Key Areas of Responsibility
Strategic Organization Design & Optimization
Lead enterprise-wide organizational design initiatives to enhance efficiency, clarify accountabilities, and support strategic pivots.
Diagnose structural bottlenecks and design target operating models that improve cross-functional collaboration and decision velocity in a complex, matrixed environment.
Partner with business unit leaders to optimize workforce planning and design roles that are future fit and enable organizational value agenda. <...
