Head of P2P (Procure-to-Pay)

The Mission

We are seeking a visionary leader to take full ownership of our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) ecosystem. Based in our Barcelona hub, you will lead the evolution of our financial operations from a traditional processing function into a tech-enabled, high-velocity engine. This role is perfect for a Process Architect who thrives on automation, system integration, and building scalable global workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Leadership: Design and implement a Touchless P2P strategy, leveraging AI, OCR, and RPA to eliminate manual data entry and human error.
• Systems Architecture: Lead the optimization and integration of our ERP (Odoo) leveraging other platforms (i.e. n8n)
• Barcelona Hub Leadership: Manage and upskill a local team, transitioning their focus from transactional tasks to high-value Exception Management and data analysis.
