Head of Partnerships
, you will lead and scale strategic partnerships that drive revenue, market expansion, and product innovation. You'll own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle—from acquisition to growth—while mentoring a high-performing partnerships team.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a team of
  Partnership Managers
  to aggressively identify and close new partnership opportunities across industries
• Structure, negotiate, and secure
  high-value strategic partnerships
  with enterprises and MNCs
• Analyze partnership performance, extract insights, and drive actions to improve
  growth, effectiveness, and revenue
• Educate and influence partners to increase product adoption, feature usage, and sales performance
• Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Operations, Underwriting, etc.) to design and launch innovative insurance products
