Head of Payments (Web3 / Blockchain)

Our client is an established Web3 / Blockchain group of companies, due to expansion they are looking for a Head of Payments / Product.

You will lead the entire product organisation of company's Wallet - 1. Wallet Infrastructure, 2. Trading (Swap, Perps, On-chain Trading), 3. Payfi (Payments, Card, On/Off-Ramp, Stablecoin Use Cases)

• Own Product Vision & Roadmap - Define long-term product strategy aligned with company vision and business goals and balance infra, trading efficiency and real-world payment adoption.
• Lead Multiple Product Lines - 1. Wallet Infra - Account abstraction, Security, Chain, Gas, Performance, 2. Trade - Swap, Perps, Liquidity aggregation, On-chain UX, Signal, 3. Payfi - Payments, Cards, Stablecoin rails, Real-world usage scenarios.
• Build & Scale Product Team - Manage 20 product team members, coach PMs to think long-term, user first and data-driven, set high standards while staying open, humble and hands-on.
