ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a Head of Payroll on a 6 month contract.

Role

The role is responsible for delivery of elements of the end-to-end Employee Payments processes including payroll, expenses, and overtime payments.

• Responsible for the scheduling and production of payroll across the organisation, ensuring all payrolls for the employees are accurate, produced within non-negotiable deadlines and are in accordance with both statutory and company rules
• Overall responsibility for the payroll systems, including overall performance, testing, issue resolution and working with the necessary cross-functional internal and external contacts to ensure the payroll system is fit for purpose
