Role summary

As Head of People you will be responsible for helping to find, develop, motivate and retain talents at Amaka. You will act as a champion for the company culture and will support the company executives and team leaders, allowing the company to develop and grow rapidly across its international sites.

In this role you will be responsible for all human resources related activities. We want to attract talents by developing Amaka’s business culture to the highest standards.

As Head of the People you will be responsible for helping us build and support this exceptional group of people and you will need to build a team culture that can scale and support the company as it grows. This will involve, driving recruitment of the best talent, coaching on team leadership, helping to resolve employee relations issues and managing programs that help develop staff.
