Head of People Operations (all genders)

The Role

We are expanding our People Department and are looking for an experienced person for our People Operation Team. You will take over the management of our team of seven People Operations professionals who are working for over 800 employees in > 10 countries and support with processing service requests and projects to enable an excellent People Experience.

What you'll do

You will manage and support our team of seven People Operations personnel at our locations in Berlin, Bucharest and Madrid, which is responsible for HR administration and digital process optimization for > 800 employees in 10 locations. 

You will be responsible for the continuous optimization, digitization and automation of all administrative processes in HR management, always keeping an eye on our internal customers, KPIs and Service Level Agreements.
