Head of People Operations

QIC is a global investment manager with a long-term approach to delivering sustainable returns for our clients. As we continue to evolve our People & Culture operating model, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of People Operations to modernise and lead our People Operations function.

This senior leadership role is responsible for operational excellence, industrial and employment framework governance, system enablement and people service delivery across the full employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening risk management, regulatory compliance and service delivery standards while enhancing the employee and leader experience.
