Head of Performance

Burnaby FC is excited to be recruiting a Head of Performance, a key senior appointment that will support the continued evolution and delivery of our technical restructuring plan. This role will oversee our Performance Teams, Camps, and Centre Programming, making it an important position in strengthening and enhancing our performance environment. Through the appointment of a high‑caliber specialist, we can aim to positively influence the wider membership and help shape a clear direction for the Club.

We are seeking a leader with the experience, presence, and professionalism to set high standards, mentor others, and drive meaningful development across the program. Our senior leaders must have the ability to lead and develop people, and this appointment is central to building a culture where strong leadership, mentorship, and specialist expertise create a lasting impact throughout the Club.
