Reporting to: Group Director – HR

Scope: Group-wide (Wilson's Pharma, Scotmann, WHC, Field & Factory)

Role Purpose

To design, implement, and institutionalize performance differentiation, reward fairness, and pay-for-results across Wilson's Pharma Group — moving the organization from tenure-driven outcomes to performance-led accountability. This role will own how performance is defined, measured, rewarded, and progressed across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management

• Design and roll out a Group-wide PMS (HO, Field, Factory)

• Build role-based KPI frameworks with business leaders

• Lead annual goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end cycles

• Drive performance calibration and differentiation

• Ensure linkage between performance, promotion, and rewards
