Head of Performance Revenue

Summary
We are seeking a Head of Performance Revenue to own and scale performance-driven revenue across Valnet and Valserv. This is a senior, director-level role for a performance marketing leader with deep experience in lead generation and monetization, ideally within the insurance and/or mortgage space.
You will be responsible for maximizing monetization efficiency, optimizing yield, and driving sustainable revenue growth across advertising, affiliate, and other performance-based channels. Sitting at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, you will act as a player/coach—setting direction while remaining hands-on with paid campaigns, analysis, and gap coverage as needed. You will lead cross-functional efforts with editorial, product, ad ops, and partnerships to turn traffic into predictable, high-performing revenue.
