Head of Personal Lending Product

Main Responsibilities

- Lead the personal lending team to formulate strategies and plan to deliver the financial KPIs including Loans on card and Personal loans drawdown, loan outstanding, revenue and achieve the business target
- Initiate new/enhanced products/ process fitting the business and market needs based on customer analytics, COF and bank wide risk appetite in order to acquire new business, retain & grow AR, reduce operation cost as well as enhance product profitability
- Formulate business and marketing direction for related divisions to execute and implement appropriate product initiatives, digital initiatives and marketing programs
- Work with credit, risk, sales channels and operation to facilitate appropriate loan approval, credit policy & credit control, sales target, incentive plan and process flow in order to maximize productivity, profitability and efficiency
