Head of Planning - APAC Regional Coverage

The Company is seeking a Head of Planning with APAC Regional Coverage to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical system rollout and providing essential support to regional teams during the implementation phase. This role also involves guiding and mentoring a team of demand planners, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing the end-to-end central planning process.

The Head of Planning will be instrumental in establishing standardized global demand planning practices, implementing performance management, and conducting training initiatives to ensure alignment with a joint planning change management strategy. Applicants must have a minimum of 10-15 years' of experience in planning, sales planning, commercial, and/or supply chain roles, with a proven track record in sales forecasting, planning modeling, and allocation.
