Role Summary

We are building a next-gen B2B SaaS platform in the financial-services domain (mutual funds). Our product engineering team focuses on domain modeling, operational compliance and feature development. We are now looking for an Engineering Leader who will own the non-functional pillars of the platform - security, performance, reliability, automation, observability, and engineering culture.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, reporting to the CTO/Founder and responsible for making our platform robust, compliant, performant, scalable, and secure.
Key Responsibiities

Own the non-functional architecture - security, performance, scalability, availability, resilience.

Define and implement observability & monitoring frameworks (APM, logging, alerting, SLOs).

Drive performance engineering - profiling, load testing, capacity planning, and optimization.
