Role summary
Role: Head of Platform (Senior)
Reports to: Founder & General Partner
Working model: Senior, hands-on builder with real operating authority (prioritisation, refusal, and programme design).
Partnership model: General Partner owns institutional direction, standards, and reputation-setting decisions. Head of Platform owns the platform operating system and measurable founder outcome delivery.
Mandate: Build a scalable platform that measurably accelerates portfolio outcomes (commercial adoption, capital, talent) and strengthens Motion Ventures' ecosystem pull — without becoming a concierge service.
