General Partner owns institutional direction, standards, and reputation‑setting decisions. Head of Platform owns the platform operating system and measurable founder outcome delivery.
Mandate
Build a scalable platform that measurably accelerates portfolio outcomes (commercial adoption, capital, talent) and strengthens Motion Ventures’ ecosystem pull — without becoming a concierge service.
