The Role

Purpose & Objective

The successful candidate will lead the APAC region’s PVT portfolio, driving strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence. This role is accountable for both client retention and new business development, managing key client relationships, developing tailored solutions, and mentoring a high-performing team. The Head of PVT, APAC will be responsible for market penetration, prospecting, and achieving revenue and market share goals, shaping the future of crisis management and specialty broking in a dynamic, global environment.

Portfolio Leadership

• Manage resources for the regional portfolio, acting as lead for major clients and delegating responsibilities to Singapore and GB teams as appropriate.
• Oversee large account strategy and ensure best-in‑class client service delivery.
• Develop and execute a sales/network engagement framework for the region.
