Head of Practice ServiceNow BeNeLux

Reports to: Head of Growth, Fujitsu BeNeLux

As the Head of ServiceNow BeNeLux, you will lead and expand Fujitsu’s ServiceNow practice across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will translate the European ServiceNow strategy into a regional growth plan, build strong client relationships, and directly manage sales professionals contributing to the growth of ServiceNow in BeNeLux. You collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams of consultants, architects, and delivery leads to help ensure qualitative service delivery to customers.

This is a strategic and entrepreneurial leadership role combining practice management, business development, and delivery oversight. You will position Fujitsu as a leading ServiceNow partner in the region, strengthen our ecosystem collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of projects across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, SPM, and related domains.
