Job Title: Head of Pre-Primary Years (Product Owner Pre-Primary)
Location: Bengaluru (with frequent travel to branches)
Reports to: Chief Academic Officer (CAO)

Role Summary
We are seeking two mission-driven academic leaders to own and drive the Pre-Primary school program across 90+ branches of Orchids International Schools. These are Product Owner roles you are accountable for delivering an exceptional learning experience for Pre-Primary by aligning curriculum implementation, infrastructure, retention strategies, teacher enablement, and stakeholder delight.
Your focus is to transform vision into reality great plans into great classroomsthrough strategic oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and on-ground execution in partnership with school coordinators and principals.
