On behalf of an established and growing biotechnology company in Switzerland, we are recruiting a Head of Process Engineering to lead process development, technology transfer and manufacturing scale-up activities.

This is a senior leadership role at the interface of R&D, Manufacturing and Quality, supporting the companys expansion from development to commercial production.

The organisation has a strong and ambitious product pipeline and is expanding its manufacturing capabilities. Strengthening process engineering leadership is critical to ensure robust technology transfers, process optimisation and operational readiness.
