Head of Product and Program (St. Catharines)

The Role

As GM / Head of Product & Program, you will serve as the founder’s execution partner, translating vision into shipped product, market traction, and measurable outcomes. This founder‑track role carries full accountability for product, business execution, and growth. You will own the entire product and go‑to‑market lifecycle, from UI and onboarding redesign to biometric coaching features, partnerships, launch strategy, and post‑launch optimization, while ensuring financial plans, budgets, and forecasts align tightly with the product roadmap.
