A top-performing Layer 1 blockchain project—already a top 10 by TVL—is hiring a Head of Product to lead core product strategy across its protocol infrastructure, DeFi stack, and user-facing applications.

This is a rare opportunity to take the reins on a suite of high-impact, crypto-native products with real traction, institutional backing, and a powerful incentive model embedded at the protocol layer.

What You’ll Do

• Own the roadmap for the protocol’s most critical products — including consensus design, staking UX, and DeFi primitives (DEX, lending, governance)
• Define and execute a clear vision across staking, liquidity coordination, and on-chain user flows
• Align product direction with token incentives, user growth, and ecosystem expansion
