Premium beauty/skincare brand for Pakistani women (25-40). Pre-launch stage. Lahore-based.

The Role

You’ll own product development and customer validation - the bridge between what we can make and what women actually want to buy repeatedly.

Core Responsibilities

Product Development (60% of role)

• Test products on yourself, document results rigorously (photos, daily notes)
• Work directly with manufacturers to refine formulations based on feedback
• Make go/no-go decisions on product quality, packaging, scent, texture
• Manage product iteration cycles (testing – feedback – reformulation)
• Ensure products meet safety standards and customer expectations

Customer Intelligence (40% of role)

• Conduct 50+ direct customer interviews in first 90 days
• Recruit women from your network for product testing (10–20 per batch)
