Head of Product Design

We are hiring a Head of Product Design to own product design end-to-end. You will partner closely with the CEO, product, and engineering to design a behaviour-first health product focused on long-term engagement and real health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Include Owning product design strategy and execution across the platform Translating health logic, behaviour science, and AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences Leading design hands-on across UX, interaction design, and systems Working closely with engineering to define flows, write clear specs, and make pragmatic design trade-offs Defining core user journeys, habit formation mechanisms, and retention-driven design patterns Deciding what not to design to avoid shallow engagement or user burnout Studying and applying patterns from health apps, social platforms, and offline health experiences
