This role requires a deep understanding of consumer and SME lending, digital product development, regulatory frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.

Product Strategy & Vision

Define and own the end-to-end product strategy, especially for the lending business.
Align product vision with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
Identify market opportunities and emerging trends in digital lending.


Product Development & Lifecycle Management

Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, risk, compliance) to deliver high-impact lending products.
