Head of Product

Our client is hiring a Head of Product to own the digital product vision and delivery for retail banking, with a focus on daily banking, savings, and lending.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and delivery of daily banking, savings & lending use cases from ideation to launch, ensuring a seamless digital experience and managing the product post-deployment
• Develop, drive, and communicate the long-term product vision and ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Manage product P&L and ensure the successful design, planning, and execution of all activities along the bank's products' lifecycle.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Product Owners. Foster a culture of entrepreneurship, accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
