Achieve the sales target of VC through solid marketing strategies and driving execution. 
Key Operational Responsibilities
(Identification of job content in terms of outputs)
-Build marketing strategy and plan of total VC 
-P&L responsibility for the VC category
-Mid/long term product portfolio development/management.
-Work closely with the marketing communication manager to develop the product communication proposition.
-Market/competition/consumer insight
-New product introduction, product management 
-Plan and execute in-store activities such as consumer promotion to drive sell-out in cooperation with sales team and trade marketing team
-Develop, implement and monitor merchandising , POSM and display
-Effectively manage marketing budget
