This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong business development skills, deep client engagement experience, and a proven track record in managing credit products within the informal or asset-backed lending space.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale the boda boda lending product from a business and operational perspective
Drive business development and build strong relationships with boda boda riders and key stakeholders
Provide clear direction, leadership, and performance management to the product and field teams
Oversee collections strategy, ensuring daily and timely repayments to minimize PAR and credit risk
Monitor product performance, portfolio quality, and risk indicators
Introduce innovative ideas to improve product efficiency, customer experience, and profitability
