Head of Product

As the Head of Product , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of The Radius Group’s products and service offerings, which driving meaningful growth across the business.

Reporting to the Director of Radius Security, you will lead and mentor a small but highly capable team, including the R&D Team Lead and Systems Developer, while partnering cross functionally with Executive Leadership, Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT, and our Command Center. You will be the connector that ensures product strategy aligns seamlessly with customer needs, operational execution, and financial performance.

In this role, you will own the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and leading innovation through our New Product Innovation (NPI) process, to launching and continuously optimizing offerings in market.
