We are hiring two product team leads to drive the design, optimization, and growth of our core products. Each role will lead a team of 3–5 product managers and take ownership of a specific product direction:

1. Process Design & Optimization
   Focus on optimizing key user journeys such as onboarding, account management, and campaign/feature flows.
2. User Growth & Experience
   Focus on enhancing core service experience and product attractiveness to drive user adoption, engagement, and retention.
