 sPlan, allocate and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
Manage the team to ensure team effectiveness and efficiency
Provide technical advice/support to factories and colleagues to solve production issues
Provide technical advice on pattern making/sample fitting/sample construction, etc
Manage the team to monitor production progress and solve production issues
Responsible for product development from design hand off with an emphasis on quality product development and timely completion of all tasks in accordance with the operating calendar
Attend and monitor fit of prototypes as needed for quality, execution and construction and provide information to factories in order to make necessary changes clear and organized
