Head of Program Management

We are supporting a high-growth aerospace programme in the UAE as it transitions from design into certification and scaled development .

This is a critical leadership hire, responsible for bringing control, structure, and delivery discipline to a complex aircraft programme.

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery across development and certification
• Own cost, schedule, and risk control across engineering, test, and certification teams
• Drive execution discipline — challenge timelines, enforce accountability, and ensure delivery
• Establish and maintain robust programme governance (planning, reporting, milestones)
• Act as a hands‑on leader , bridging gaps and supporting teams where needed
• Build and lead a small PM function (certification + programme support)
• Partner closely with senior leadership on programme visibility and decision‑making
