Job Description

1. Strategic Leadership and School Management

Develop and implement academic plans aligned with university-level strategies for the School of Business Technology.

Oversee overall School operations, including monitoring departmental teaching capacity and workload saturation.
Identify, justify, and recommend additional manpower or replacements based on workload analysis, staff resignations, or business growth.
- Engage with and manage internal and external stakeholders to promote the School's interests and reputation.

2. Academic Quality and Accreditation

Ensure all programmes comply with Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) standards and the Malaysian Qualifications Framework (MQF).

Monitor faculty-to-course ratios to avoid teaching disruptions and maintain student satisfaction.
Lead continuous curriculum review and enhancement for Business Technology and Management programmes to ensure industry relevance.<...
