Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the daily operations and administrative functions of the college.
• Supervise, mentor, and support faculty and staff to ensure effective performance.
• Oversee the design, relevance, and continual evaluation of the curriculum and educational quality.
• Ensure the recruitment and retention of highly qualified and dedicated teachers.
• Plan and implement orientation and development programmes for new teachers and students.
• Foster strong partnerships with parents, guardians, and the wider community.
• Manage all aspects of student affairs, including strategic planning for recruitment, placement, scholarships, and the administration of student programmes.
• Develop, monitor, and manage the college’s annual budget.
• Promote efficient resource utilization and ensure the financial sustainability of the college.
