JOB SCOPE
Leads and oversees construction and maintenance projects, and collaborates with Engineers, Architects, and third-party contractors to develop a plan, create a project time frame, distribute resources, and ensure timely completion. Ensures that the project is completed within the set budget, within the scope, and the project delivers the expected results and benefits.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Defines project scope, compile and plan budgets, cost estimates, and other financial estimates
Participates in the project bidding process. Negotiates with general contractors and subcontractors to obtain profitable construction contracts
